He is at the required votes; however I don't see how that requires you editing your post.

Well, statistically speaking, slightly more than a giant suckusaur. A dire one.

I didn't have a chance to post it before I left to school. You see, I finished the post after I came home and there were like 3 votes in between, leaving me a chance to edit if needed. Sorry for the confusion

No one could claim that any of the five remaining players were inactive (although they could certainly say Muffin was suicidal.) Regardless, a conclusion was reached, and Scar was led to the gallows. He didn't put up any further resistance once the majority had set their mind on it, and was promptly put to death.

Market Man hastily went up to check Scar's pockets, and jumped back in shock, drawing back a bloodied hand. "--the hell?" Totoro asked, rushing forward. Slowly, Market Man reached back in and pulled an extremely sharp, black knife from Scar's jacket. Market, Totoro, and Ex Rex's faces brightened with glee. Muffin raised his hand: "No really, it's me. It's not too late to change your votes, right?"

Scar - Mafia - Lynched Day 11

And so ended the deadliest Mafia game the Village had seen in ages. Where once there had been a town of 21 (22 if you counted Sayaka), now only 4 remained. There was solace, though, in that it could have been worse--any of them could have been dead the following night, and every single one of them would have been dead the one after that. It was close, but the Villagers had pulled through in the end.

Day 11 has ended

Alright. Time for mads props giving. There was a LOT of excellent playing in this game, making for something very exciting to participate in and then watch. Here's just some things I'd like to highlight... alphabetically!

Christopher – Your Saw antics on Day One were the moment I knew this game was something special. Overall very level-headed logical play afterwards made me pretty sure you were town, a suspicion I was right about.

Frank 4.0.1 – Excellent job staying productive even behind a fake post restriction. I was positive you were town too and worried the mafia might actually clutch victory after you were nightkilled.

Jackstick – Hiding behind your feigned 'eternal day one' attitude, and postponing your doctor claim so Penguin could get more investigations in were a huge factor in our victory. Amazing job. Also “Dammit Frank, now is not the time to investigate the pepper industry.”

Kikori – Nice job taking Lander down with you and putting enough suspicion on him that Penguin wasted an investigation. As unintentional as you claim this was....

Market Man6 – Props for proving, yet again, that you are deceptively good at the endgame of mafia. Great push on Scar.

PenguinGuy – Amazing detective track record, as well as serving as a figure for the village to rally behind for most of the game. Great job.

Phantomrose – Quite astounding to pull off a fakeclaim in your first game. You even had me fooled.

Scar – Major props for nearly pulling off, yet again, an astounding clutch victory. At the time of my death I wasn't suspicious of you at all, so great job playing townie. You got further in the 10-player second half of the game than many mafia partnerships do.

Totoro – THANK YOU, for finally putting in an effort on this last day. Scar likely would not have been lynched if you didn't get your act together when you did.

And last, but certainly not least, Sayaka – Very disciplined hosting, great flavour text. You're easily the best host RV still has hanging around.

Thanks too, to Landerpurex and anyone else on the RVET who helped make this happen!

Amazing game. Good game everyone.

Holy Fuzzy Bunny I actually somewhat contributed. I am surprised.

Ninja'd/EDIT: I wholeheartedly agree with Top. This was quite possibly one of the best damn games ever played.

Scar, just curious...
If you lived through this day and had 1 more nightkill, who would you have killed next?

Thanks top!! I was kinda bummed when you died.

D'aww, thanks; it was fun.

We had a bunch of players that made this game awesome, but some of the best parts were behind the scenes. And by that I mean Jackstick's and Frank's antics are the best and I love them both forever, especially Frank, who indirectly resulted in me having a gorgeous wife.

(Frank even tried to send in a nightkill on Jackstick on Day 1. It was adorable.)

Oh, also: I never let medical roles self-protect, and I never create a Godfather role that shows up to Detectives as town. I kind of figured people would know that given how many games I've hosted, but I guess not. :P It sure would've made things easier for you guys!

Good game, everyone! I really enjoyed this, I don't think I've had this much fun since way back when Mafia games were only in the Legends' forum. Pigeonrose, you played really really well for your first game. I couldn't believe how easily you had fooled everyone. I kept wanting to come out and say SOMETHING, but I also didn't want to bring too much attention to myself. So I only dropped really subtle hints here and there. You too, PenguinGuy. Great detective record. I was growing very suspicious of you being a Mafia, throwing your buddies under the bus in order to further solidify your innocence. But nope, that wasn't the case, you were just really good at picking who to investigate. :^_^:

Some more details on this, for those of you who are interested :awesome:

That was a very fun, first experience of the Mafia game! I enjoyed every minute of it with everyone, and it was truly a blast, especially on Day 1 with Chris' antics! Frank and Jackstick, your back and forth posts to each other made me laugh. I would like to thank Kikori, Dr. Henry, Godders, and Scar for giving me a bit of advice for the first game. If there is another Mafia game in the future, I will be thinking of joining all of you again. Sayaka, thank you for being a wonderful host! :)

This, you dirty Fuzzy Bunny. At least I was involved in your lynch.

Flawless game played by Penguin, BARRING THE FACT THAT YOU INVESTIGATED PHANTOM AFTER JACK'S CLAIM.

Other than that, Market deserves props for sure. He controlled the end of the game. Very proud.

Unlucky Scar, honestly thought you would manage it there!

After Kikori's death, my time was spent trying to get the Doctor to claim, whilst getting Phantom to skate by as long as possible. Think I did quite well with that.

Was worth a try to throw doubt on Market though :)

Wish we had a framer :/

I really wish I could say I was happy with the outcome, and had a fun game regardless etc. but I am a bit bummed to have come this close and messed up. I say messed up because I didn't skip a Night kill on Night 9 just so I could get an inactive lynched, I just plain forgot due to some unexpected real life issues that popped up near the end of Day 9.

I had planned to target Ex Rex with that kill, so it may not have made much difference, though you never know.

Market Man6 wrote:

Assuming your push against me failed and I lived, you for sure. Then I'd play it off with the whole "If I were Mafia would I really be daft enough to target my main accuser this late in the game?" routine.

The two Night Kills we missed really came back to haunt us in the end I suppose haha.

Also thanks Top, the journey was fun at least... if not the Destination.

And oh yea, to my fellow Mafia. It was really fun. I was blown away how well PidgeonRoses fake-claim worked. Shame we didn't notice Jacks hints earlier.

Also Jaron, 2 Protection Roles?! Really?!

Nicely done guys. Really sorry about my disappearing act towards the end, was on a training camp in Barcelona and didn't get access to the internet until after I'd been lynched.
