RS didn't let me play yesterday

Every time I entered a dungeon RS crashed or massively froze :s
Ideas on what I should do? >.<

Try running the game in DirectX.

I get whitescreens constantly in OpenGL. (Especially when entering instanced worlds, such as citadel, it happens almost every time for me)

Now the game won't even load and I can't download the new version of Java :s
Everything works except the game and trying to download something.

I'd delete Java altogether and start with a fresh install of that, and after that I'd delete the rscache folder and start with a fresh install of the game.

You could try a different browser or maybe even the client they offer from their website

I did uninstall java and re-installed it, and for some reason it won't let me download the client the only way it runs is just from clicking play for free or w/e. Can try a different browser. I got on last night and every time I entered a dungeon rs crashed :s :bunny:

I play using Chrome maybe a browser switch would help.

Did you try deleting the rscache folder?

i downloaded chrome because a friend said that should help a bit. It hasn't let me load the page yet the past 2 days haha. and I have uninstalled, deleted and formatted quite a bit to my comp that was being unused.
