342 days to claim mine. I was sure my account was old enough to get it, but it has been nearly ten years. I was in middle school at the time. Wtf do I know? hahaha

I'm positive my other account is old enough...or damn close. Unwilling to get members just to get a really, really ugly looking cape.

I don't recall. Pretty sure I made the jump right away.

Really doesn't matter, especially since the cape looks like something a clown used as a cumrag.
