Ok so I've just started using Visual Studio 2010 for University.

Did some simple coding yesterday and they were working in university...Whenever I run them on my laptop, the CMD box pops up and closes without displaying any text. In uni the box stayed open.
Unsure if this is relevant, but this is in the output box:

Did you run the programs in VS or in a CMD?

Had to copy and paste the code to a new document for it to work for some reason..Working now.

Microsoft Expression could do the job that VS does as well, might want to consider switching or try out this free software called Jgrasp :)
