So yeah. Apparently this game was revealed yesterday, and it came along with a reveal trailer.

I heard rumors this is going to be squad based, is that true? If so I'm picturing 4 person survival horror done better and scarier than L4D.

As far as i've read and know, it's going to be 2-player co-op, with 3 different campaign storylines. Anything else beyond that is considered, for now, just a rumor unless confirmed.

Either way because of how the franchise has been lately I wouldn't get my hopes up.

I believe they said that they wanted to keep the action from RE5 while returning to the horror of RE4 and before that. Don't get me wrong, RE5 was fun, just awfully short.

Not sure what you mean, though, Omegaman. I thought RE4 was a step down on the horror factor. I haven't played RE5, though. It was short eh? Is it for Wii?

I don't think RE5 was released for the Wii, i only know of 360, PS3, and maybe PC.

RE4 had its moments in scariness, but yeah, it wasn't at the level of the others.

Rumor has it (or maybe it's confirmed) that it's the same people that made SOCOM that are making this one.

I never played the SOCOM games, so i wouldn't know what to expect. Either way, it looks like CAPCOM is still in charge of production.
