I find it hilarious and sad that I've had my current computer for nearly 2 years and I've had it plugged into my integrated graphics card, not my real one. Fixing that boosted my performance from 10-20 FPS on medium-low with 800x600 resolution to 30-60 FPS on everything maxed out with 1900x600 resolution :awesome: Don't need to play ps3 version now!

Steam sales are awesome as well, bought the witcher and Batman Arkham Asylum for $5 each, playing batman right now and loving it. Was interested in both of those games but just too many great games, not enough time or money :(

When training alchemy I find it's a great idea to visit every alchemy shop (and there are A LOT of them) and buy up all their ingredients and go to town. Though as Blue said, leveling alchemy in this one is much slower going than previous games. You can usually get at least one or two levels per shop, more if you're lucky or have many recipes. Multiply that by 5+ shops around the world and you're rolling.

Training destruction was pretty easy, though tedious, when you cast your spells on Shadowmere.

Also, Giant's Toe + Wheat is an incredibly expensive potion.

I need to remember that. I usually use up all my wheat with blue mountain flowers, just because I like having a good stock of health potions for emergencies. Started a new character though, and in two hours had the assassin's blade perk... Probably won't be using too many on him :awesome:

Needless to say, I chickened out of making the traditional style cleric I wanted to try.

Lost my second character, a Dunmer that I had put 18 hours into, because of a glitch with the Campanions/Vilkas. Vilkas kept following me around and talking to me. Rather strange.

Ah I'm sneaking and using a bow and concentrating more on the archery than the sneaking, so that explains the difference in level :P

Well, statistically speaking, slightly more than a giant suckusaur. A dire one.

YES.

I believe the only things you can get headshots with are arrows and ice shards.

RIGHT?? Lord, she is creepy as all sin. I literally could not stand to have her casket open.

@ Riptidenub: The spell is literally called ice shard and it sends ICE SPIKES at your opponent which can PIERCE THEIR SKULL killing them IN ONE HIT.

I damn near cried when just about everyone was killed by the Emperor's Guard. One of the few times a video game has almost brought me to tears.

Meh. I was at a loss for the great hideout, it had alot of workshops. I went back in my other character and killed them all as part of the imperial legion. =D Or at least with the imperial legion, while being part of it, Skyrim is odd like that.

Dark Brother hood spoilers, you guys know the drill.
Hidden:
I knew what was coming with the Imperials, because I had my fortune told... kinda pissed me off. What I did like though was the entirety of the final mission. Yes, it was easy. But I went in there and murdered the crap out of everyone, and loved every second of the side mission objective.

I wasn't surprised that they all got wiped out except for 2 since they all got killed in Oblivion as well but I was still sad and took my time assassinating the Marco guy
