So as I pointed out in another post, everyone has something that keeps them coming back. What tended to be a trend was the matter of regular updates.

The question now - What kind of features or content would you add to the Village which would strike your interest or you feel would strike a guest's interest in returning? These can be either for the forums or the homepage. Do note that they should be interactive with users. eg: If you want a feature which would require updating often, make it something there is likely to be villagers willing to publish in it.

Things already in consideration:

• Return of the RV Quizzes
• Reworking of RVET with multi-platform support
• Creation of a review-based blogging system for users

These items are from past suggestions from users. Let us know what you'd like to see in the village before 2012!

Unfortunately, that's not entirely correct. ;D I'm not the staff leader. There is more than one. Good try, though.

I'm currently working on a RSS feed similar to Runescape's tool bar where you have to authorize it from your user control panel. This feed will show unread posts to topics you have posted in. This is similar to the 'my unread posts', but is only based on topics you've posted in. It'll grab the last 10. I don't know if we already have a feature like this, but I have further plans with it - so I'm still going to complete it.

If we begin having more than one event per day, the event section on the front page will need to be updated. Other than that, I don't feel it'll be necessary to add a calendar for events, because events aren't necessarily known until the actual release - then they're released, so it doesn't really do any good to post them on a calendar.

Little dots representing each villager all over the world. And if you click on a dot, the user name would pop up in a bubble

That'd be Glode's arena - I doubt there's time for that, unless there's a pre-made thing to do it. O.o
