Alrite, so I was browsing through the app store top 25 free apps and came across this free app that is Siri Alike, it basically does the same thing as Siri like send automated text message, make phone calls etc. in fact I would say its better than Siri coz you can do Facebook and Twitter updates too with this app and best is its free, its called Vlingo, go download it now in the app store.

You don't need iPhone4S to have Siri, this Vlingo app is compatible with iPhone4 and iPhone3GS

There may be a jailbreak app which implements the genuine Siri on any iOS5 device at some point.
