MAD is like the PG version of SNL, so it's pretty much the same quality work without any drug-related/promiscuous jokes. But this is weird seeing them go totally overboard on the memes.

On a more serious note: I do like they managed to put so much together in one video. I much preferred the (not always) subtle references in series like How I met your mother, though.
