Yeah this game is as dead as can be. I'm inclined to say that mafia (as a game) is still dead here. By the looks of it, you have (generally) 2, 3, maybe 4 people willing to lead things, but everyone else seems like they don't care enough to keep the game active. Once those few are gone, the game stops.

I don't know why this is the case. Anyone care to enlighten me?

Even immediately after the day began, there was barely any serious activity. This is Upick - Everyone has a role, meaning everyone has a way to stir up conflict. Yet no one did anything besides cast their vote and leave. That's like the definition of disinterest. I see no reason to believe that if a day end time were in place, things would go any differently.

The inactivity in the day was bad enough, but when we got to the night phase and nearly half the night roles didn't send anything in, even the MAFIA'S KILL, was the point I began to lose interest.
