yeah i havent been on rs-or here for a while got a email of rs few weeks back saying someone from china been on my account, i got intouch with jagex but odviously only had a automated response, bank pin was changed, username was changed etc, everything stolen, so now...

i go back on after a few weeks, after re setting my questions, password bank pin, try get on, they cant find my email, i appeal to get my password AGAIN its denied check the high scores and my player isnt even there.... so my account from 2003 is now gone. what should i do....

i have not got on him after a second appeal, his name is still changed probaly why i couldnt find him on the high scores?

I believe once the name is changed, you need to look up the new name on the high scores to find it.

That sucks so bad that your account is hacked!
...On the up side, my first account was hacked and banned. And I was able to get it back over 900 days later

If it's of any use to you they will have changed your Display name. The highscores don't go by account name (otherwise quite a few people would just have their emails on the highscores which.. wouldn't be good)

Jagex also never deletes accounts - I remember a case when i was an RSOF Forum Mod of someone coming back from around mid 2002 in 2009 and got their account back.

Just keep trying and provide as much early information as you can with each Account Appeal (although don't spam them - it doesn't help!)

do you remember any of your old in-game friends that might still be playing? maybe make a new account and add them, if they still have you on their friends list this will show your accounts new username...!

Ugh dont start..My accounts password had somehow been changed yesterday at around 4:30am! I've sent muliple requests and they didnt get back to me. Around 1-2 hours ago to now i sent them a message to the actual Jagex team and they told me to let them know details to make it quicker. Of course i havent got a reply yet:)....

It's probably not on the highscore due to not being a member anymore. All free players and ex-members were taken off the scores, so even searching for the correct name there would end in failure if it's not a member.
