Kill of the week!

When FoD was fairly active we used to have something called Kill of the Week. We had two categories (F2P and P2P) and they were fairly successful. At one point there was even a cash (in-game currency, of course!) prize for first, second and third. I would be willing to start this up again if there was enough interest shown.

So, if you wish to have this exciting contest reinstated in our lovely Field of Death then please be sure to post here. I'm looking for a certain amount of names that are willing to produce a kill in a fairly consistent manner.

Basically, if this does happen, you will post one kill in the alloted time frame (week/month/bi-month/etc.) and it must be from that time frame. At the end of the time frame there will be a poll added to the topic and you will be allowed one vote for the kill of your choice. You may vote for your own, but nobody will win if everybody votes for their own. When the contest was really big we had nominations before the actual poll was released and the top 5 kills with the highest nomination votes were added to the poll.

To get this to work though we need participants. I will also need some added man-power most likely so if you wish to help with this feel free to PM me and we can talk.

Sign me up, just got a 3.4M kill yesterday aswell, didn't think to screenie though.

Also does this "man-power" have to be from a man? Or can i help out too

How about a lottery sort of thing? Everyone who enters pays maybe 50-100K and if say 10 people enter? the prize will be up to 500K-1000K (I CAN HAS MATH) just one idea.

This is just an interest gauge thread to see if there is interest. That is indeed a really nice kill though. There may be a rule when I make a concrete rule set though that the name needs to be visible and the loot has to be in the pile.

Well the actual thing hasn't started yet and likely won't, but if it does it will only be for PKing. When staking it is too easy to get more loot than you would PKing.
