If a Chat Bot were to be created for RVChat. What features would you like there to be?

A username of EDDIE.

Yeah don't name it meepbot, this bot doesn't live up to anywhere near its legacy.

I'd like to see it have spit out random things every 50-100 minutes, though. Just out of nowhere.

Well, what about ChatBot? It's succinct, references the last part of MeepBot, the last part of RV Chat, and is indeed a bot, all in one!

Terrible horrible name.
Meepbot was fine before I don't see why it should change.
It was meepbot even in the other chat that had 100% nothing to do with the old.
And then suddenly making a new chatroom AI constitutes renaming it entirely?


I say we rename the old meepbot "old meepbot"
and rename the new bot "meepbot"

I don't see that as being too difficult.

Anyways, I second Sammy's first suggestion. A command !GE that would grab info from the GE database would be awesome.

I would like to keep it Meepbot, simply because all the chat images I've done for ThePub 2.0 and RV2.0 are of our purple friend.

Alternatively we can have Gamabot. He randomly ribbits.

How about we call it FATTY?

Anyway, to the topic: I'd like to see that feature (unless it never existed), where you could !describe (I'm pretty sure it's called something else) USER and it would have their own custom description.

I think it's pretty much been decided that the bot will not be named MeepBot because of infringement. That being said, I think we should definitely keep the images, because they are nostalgic.
