But Kikori, what do you say we should do once he responds? Obviously, if he says the Godfather appears guilty we proceed with my plan, but if he appears innocent, or Scar doesn't answer, what then?

Personally, if he doesn't answer, I say we go with my plan, and if he says they are innocent, we'll have to go off scum tells. (Though, in all three cases, this involves lynching Jackstick, the unconfirmed and the one I see as scummiest)

Obviously you all are wondering about quite a lot at this point. The worst thing I think I could do however is go through an answer every question in the past couple pages. Instead of doing that I will offer you this, you guys give me a short list of questions you have posed in the last few pages that you really want answered and i will read it.

Now, I cannot and will not guarantee that all of them or any of them even get answered. But if I feel that the answer wouldn't harm the game going forward I will be more than happy to clear up questions you may have.

So i will check this thread in the morning, and see if anyone has responded. Also based on what happens in the next ~12 Hours I may just let the day go a bit longer to make up for this interruption.

If the Godfather appears mafia, then we lynch Jack and win. If we don't win, it'll be because Jack was actually the doctor, and you'll die very quickly.
If the Godfather appears villager, we lynch Jack and think very carefully on the behavior of those still alive. You seem to be unchallenged as the Doctor, and Dragon is the Detective. That leaves me, Lander, and Defeat. I'll wind up fighting off a lot of suspicion while trying to go through with mine that Lander's a mafia. Either Lander or Defeat will be the mafia, and from the looks of it, I'd wager Lander.

To Scar, the only question I have is this. Does the Godfather appear a villager when investigated, or a mafia?

If we don't win, it's because Jack is a regular villager and Lander or Defeat will be the mafia if the Godfather can't be investigated as a mafia. I'll undoubtedly get lynched because I'm the prime suspect, someone will feel like crap for not believing me, and it will be down to you twice to try to stop a mafia kill long enough to take advantage of my previous suspicion against Lander.

Now that the plan has been elaborated on. Flawed or no?

Also, if they're still browsing around, I have a question for both Lander and Dragon. Is my behavior still scummy?

Yea, I'm assuming you are talking about the whole Godfather issue. I've thought it over, and I cannot answer that question one way or the other. No matter which way I answer it, the game would change completely and that isn't something for me to do as the host.

At last the villagers got a real debate going over who should die. Back and forth they argued, switching targets several times. Until at last, when all the questions and worries they had about one another came to be to much they decided to turn to the old stand-by of killing the quiet guy.

With that decided, they grabbed Jackstick and forced him into the noose, the 4 whowanted him dead collectively pulled the lever and the rope snapped taut around Jacks head. He struggled for just a moment, throwing his fancy yellow hat to the floor in the process, but soon it was all over and Jackstick was no more.

They rushed over to his house, eager to find out more about him now that he was dead. Unfortunately for them what they found there was anything but good. The inside of Jacks house was plain, there were no signs of any evil deeds anywhere. Alas, Jackstick had been a innocent villager.

The entire town gathered in the morning, except for Kikori kid. The remaining villagers rushed to his home only to find the door open and Kikori dead. He was sitting in a comfy looking chair by his fire place with a cup of something in his hands. He almsot looked peaceful were it not for the multiple bullet wounds in his chest.

A quick search of the house revealed that Kikori had been another innocent villager.

The villagers solemnly returned to the center of town to once again begin the debate.

This confirms defeat as a villager, as his story now checks out.

That means the godfather is either PenguinGuy or Landerpurex.

I'm curious as to why Penguinguy wasn't killed, as he had claimed doctor.

In retrospect, I am completely wrong about his being confirmed.

Defeat could, in fact, be the godfather with a twist to the role - and knowing I had investigated him and got villager, used Lander's feud with Kikori kid as an out to get Lander lynched after Kikori kid was nightkilled.

Something isn't right here. I had come to the conclusion that both kikori and myself had been left alive because we were doing what we do best amongst eachother, which is bickering. Now, kikori has been killed instead of Penguin, which is...epically weird. We need to keep in mind that it's entirely possible that Tweedy was the doctor and PG could have assumed that role...We've assumed that this isn't the case with DC, as he was attacked by the mafia.

At any rate, assuming there's one scum left, a mislynch spells our loss (4 left, lynch a townie, and townie dies at night, the remaining scum overpowers the remaining townie. Game over). So, DO NOT, under any circumstances, throw votes around willy-nilly. Also, DC, are we to assume that you investigated kikori?

So, there are two possibilities here as I see them. (assuming me as a townie.)

one: Defeat is the Godfather with an immunity to investigation, as DC and kikori have both hypothesized. (For the record, I don't believe this to be the case. His voting patterns and playstyle check out, if this is the case, he's one hell of a dedicated scumbag.)

two: the abovementioned, where PG is the Godfather, and has assumed the role of the doctor. His voting patterns, inactivity, and the simple fact that he's still living and breathing send up major flags to me.

I am not, however, going to place a vote until everyone has responded.

EDIT: Development in the defeat department: continues to go after DC even though he is CONFIRMED DETECTIVE. All but confirmed by the host, even.

Then AGAIN, there is the mystery of defeat's ability and why DC got by it, why were (or he) wasn't notified, etc. With defeat still after DC, as well as throwing a vote at this point in the game, I think this makes him scum forerunner.
