The detective's claim WAS the confirmation. We don't have a counterclaim, we haven't had a reason to disbelieve Dragon, so until something further develops, he's de facto the Detective.

If you don't believe the claim, what do you believe about Dragon, and about the situation?

I'm not looking for your trust, for one. For two, it's fairly blatant which kill was which, janitors are *usually* scum. Hence the tahu kill is vig, the Tweedy kill mafia.

As far as my activity goes, we both know I'm better when the game matures, as I can check voting patterns and other such information. It's early D4 and we only have 10 pages of material, that's the reality of things.

Also, Monk Basher.

Underlined what's important. for why you're still missing the point. Your view remained that clarity wasn't important; I don't like that.
And, to be honest, I'm still shocked that no-one's bothered to actually look into this matter. The fact that, when you made that list earlier of people who you named off, NOBODY of that list has fulfilled their data-creation role.

I've not cared as much due to having fun elsewhere, primarily a rekindled interest in Prism & Shadow and Diablo II. Paidea's been trolling 'til recently. Tweedy is dead.
You? No excuses that I can think of. I'm very much expecting you to die either tonight, or by the time lynching comes tomorrow. :?:

The town barely had time to start the debate before Dragoncrusher1 stepped forward and assured them that Monk Basher was scum. Putting their faith in Dragon, they took Monk Basher to Scar's ghost to have him killed. As they approached his ghostly figure they noticed a new gallows that had been erected to deal with the scum.

The villagers pushed Monk onto the platform and slipped the noose around his neck. Then with the pull of a lever and a snap of his neck Monk Basher was gone. The assembled villagers rushed to Monks former home and searched it for clues, One person stumbled across a loose floorboard that when lifted revealed a list of dead villagers, a collections of guns, and a menacing looking hat.

With knowledge that Monk Basher had been a member of the Mafia the villagers returned to their homes for what they hoped would be a peaceful nights sleep.

As the sun crept over the horizon the remaining villagers slowly began to assemble, dreading the thought of all of them not showing up. When enough time had passed that everyone should have been there they began to worry, both TheAnimal and Paidea were no where to be found.

Arriving first at TheAnimal's home, they saw that the door had been smashed in. Stepping past it into the house they saw a body. TheAnimal had apparently tried to fight off his attacker before being stabbed several times in the stomach and having a knife shoved through his skull.

Giving the house a rather quick once over they were able to see that he had been a simple villager. Alas, the town had lost another member.

Heading next to Paidea's home, it didn't take them long to see why he hadn't showed up for the meeting. Right inside of the open door layed Paidea. He had apparently been shot in the back as he entered his house late last night. Stepping past the cold corpse, they searched the house for any clue as to Paideas alignment. One villager tried to grab a book from a shelf and in response the bookcase turned around to reveal a stash of knives that would make any ninja proud.

Paidea had been the one killing people at night. Unsure of how to take this, the villagers returned to the center of their small town to begin the daily debate and kill someone.

I'm torn between RipTide and Kikori Kid at the present moment.

RipTide was very keen to follow the probability that Jeff was the detective day two, but was leery of my claim on day four -- after I had been attacked and revealed a mafia member to the public.

On a similar note, Kikori Kid was hesitant to vote for a Mafia member revealed by the detective, and instead pursued Landerpurex - not getting much out of him as usual. The whole dodging around a confirmed Mafia member vote to go after him has me suspicious.

Screw you, Dragon. I recognized your investigation, and since the past tends to ALWAYS repeat itself upon someone finding a Mafia, a lynch was going to happen one way or another. So why waste a chance to voice an opinion I thought mattered?

And where's your investigation result?

Lander. My reasoning against you stands. We're in day five, but the only relation you've held with the mafia dying thus far is hopping on board a train started by an investigation. Not to mention, you've been completely absent from data creation like you claim to like to be. All you've done on that front is day one explanations against Tahu and Blackmage.
