We had no other lead, so I know that was a stupid 180. But bluecoat rarely contributes, from what I've seen. Time for bed. Got school tomorrow.

Well, statistically speaking, slightly more than a giant suckusaur. A dire one.

So you weren't entertained enough with your performance in Upick4 to have trolling fun in the early stages of this game? :P

Was AWOL over the weekend, and I fear I will be the next two as well.

Just an FYI if anyone noticed my absence. Will hopefully get caught up tonight/tomorrow evening.

Man I thought that would have taken me longer, didn't realize Day 2 only started this morning. Thought I missed another day at least.

Back on topic: I'm not feeling the lander-thing. I probably missed it already anyways but might as well throw out my two cents. For getting too serious too fast, I feel that's a trend mafia games have been taking up overall (much to my delight, actually) so I'm hesitant to make an accusation on that. If anything I'm more skeptical of Tahu et al. complaining about the lack of seriousness that is present in all but a few people that early in the game. As for his interaction with Jaron, I feel like I'm missing something, possibly forgotten it. From what I see the interaction between the two is minimal enough that I cannot form any conclusion about what one or the other may be. Overall I cannot in any confidence say I think he's mafia, although it is obviously not ruled out.

However, I find bluecoat a slightly different story (Note: I'm probably going to echo Top a bit here, but that's mostly unintentional). One, I find his vote a resignation to let others do work for him. I read it more or less as, "I have ideas but I may be wrong so [.b]lander[/b]". Sort of a cop out vote, let others take the blame if he's wrong, he at least tried, etc... Generally, I consider this mafia behavior. Two, I find his excuse for voting for lander today that he voted for lander yesterday scummy. From what I can tell, lander voted for Tahu for complaining about lack of seriousness (After ...7 hours of gameplay?). Blue then voted for lander for trying to "shift the blame onto Tahu," or in other words, not making the game more serious himself. However, his vote today was a follower of kikori's. One of kikori's points against lander was how serious he got so quickly. In his vote bluecoat made no indication that he either disagreed with kikori (partially or otherwise) or that his vote today was a continuation of his vote from yesterday. Therefore, Day 1 he voted for lander for not being serious enough, while Day 2 he has voted for lander for having gotten too serious too quickly. Contradiction is contradictory.

S'yeah, bluecoat.

Of course I copped out. I'm not about to start a train on someone who may very well be doctor or detective. \

I'm not a huge fan of contradictions as scum tells, but that's just me (I can't think of a time they've worked. If anyone can cite precidence, I would much appreciate it). As for the "bluecoat voting after Kik and not explaining", I don't see how that's even a contradiction. I made my point yesterday. There's nothing to go off of today. Somebody else voted for the person, previously did, so someone else is seeing it. THAT'S NOT A BANDWAGON. And if Kik has moved on, so be it. I'm not changing my vote, and I won't launch a train on the individual(s) I'm questioning until tomorrow. If I see a need to change my vote, I will.

Yeah that is just you. I tend to like them because you should only contradict yourself if you've made a lie somewhere down the line, and you shouldn't be lying if you're pro-town.

Why not? You ought to make full use of the day phase while it's here.

This. There's no room for comments like these, especially from you. I'm also with top in that if you're seeing tells, say so. Withholding information from the town is rarely helpful. I honestly think you might actually be fabricating things here.

The riptide train isn't really going anywhere, and bluecoat really isn't being himself.

Yeah...so looking over Lander's posts I really see nothing from which you can conclude he was trying to egg Jaron on into revealing something. Don't know how kikori made a case out of that. unvote

Don't like Dragon's attempt to make a contradiction out of Riptide's post, or Steely's attempt to find a contradiction in bluey's behaviour. Neither of them stack up and both look like reaches. Don't think much of his justification for voting Lander and think even less of saying he doesn't want to out power roles in one post, then saying he'll list his suspicions the next day. bluecoat

Oh, yeah. My post got General Error'd when I tried to switch my vote over...

Bluecoat. I trust Riptide to make another mistake in the future, but Bluecoat is able to cover his tracks once he realizes they're there. That was the gist of the post.

Tweedy, I wasn't trying to make a case out of him egging Jaron into revealing a role. My claim was that Lander, power player, saw Jaron having the most joking posts in Day One. The decision made from that would be that Jaron was be hiding a power role.

Despite that it was one of my BS'ed early game kind-of-makes-sense votes, it got the ball rolling. :awesome:

Unvote I don't like how fast this is taking off to be honest so I'm pulling off my vote for now. At least give him a chance to respond.

Thanks for the unvote, but I've responded on multiple occasions. I can't think of any other way to restate myself now anyway.

Although I'm not entirely keen on this lynch, I'm not afraid to admit I'm shamelessly bandwagoning here. Lynches are a key weapon of the town (etc etc heard it in every game), and we need to secure one. bluecoat

That kind of talk seems unlike you. I recall you being one of the people usually against that line of thinking, 'we need to secure a lynch'? Unless you're still trolling.

Regardless, FOS Paidea.
