We never know what the ratio is, fool. It's hosts flavor, but yeah, there could be two left. I guess I have a sneaky feeling that there's only one left. It doesn't matter, as it were, and frankly it doesn't make me any more or less scummy. Also, your logic for voting me is completely faulty. I was saying that the mafia is most likely among the number of inactives we have at this point, and thus will be harder to root out. I've been active all game. I fail to see how you're turning my logic against me.

Couple things.

1. You fell for my trap card. You're a rational, critical person and you ought to know the nature of OMGUS votes, yet you did it. Big scumtell. Townie Jaron would have simply asked me to elaborate, you have no heat on you, only one lonely vote. Mafia Jaron tosses out an OMGUS vote and gets me that much closer to a lynch.

2. Accumulation of evidence. You've had a history of voting for villagers, and you're exemplifying the innocent townie who asks a lot of questions, yet you aren't contributing at all. It's the perfect facade. You've pretty much solidified my accusation.

3. The fact that you've only just now responded to my vote kind of perplexes me.

0) Oh, I thought you were saying the final mafia member was one of the people that are still active at the end of a game. That's usually how it seemed to be in Legends' Discussion, anyway. So I guess I'm interpreting what you posted differently than how you meant it, lol (because I assumed myself active. More so than Antic/Tahu/Jackstick were, anyway, and oh look, Jack was a Villager.)

1) I have no idea whatsoever what OMGUS stands for. Townie Jaron (that's me btw) also reacted the same way when Paidea voted for me earlier, I do think. I can honestly say I'm doing rather poorly at trying to figure out who's scum and who's not (maybe because it's UPick and everyone seems to have a role, dunno) so voting for those that are voting for me seems like the only semi-reasonable plan of action at the moment. (Well, there's also that Jackstick said Thyker is Mafia I guess, but I've judged enough Chat Mafia games to assume he was taking a shot in the dark.)

2) This is my first Literary Society game AND my first UPick game. I feel I'm entitled to ask a lot of questions. But hopefully you're Mafia and I'll be able to turn my history of voting for villagers around, eh?

(...Besides, I haven't gone through the entire topic again to research this particular point, but how is your record/history of voting for villagers? Since, you know, we've failed to lynch any Mafia. They've all been night-killed.)

3) Having to write 70 pages of Microsoft Word documentation in the last 48 hours for my one-hour presentation at school tomorrow made me not want to bother writing long posts like this one, especially since there won't be a day-end deadline until Topsummoner gets bored. But would you have rathered I wait one or two more days to counter-vote for you instead?

Honestly, look at what happened last night.

There were two kills, one was mafia and one was Jaron.

Standard procedure makes you think that one was a mafia attempt and another was a vig-esque attempt.

Given that the mafia probably wouldn't kill their own, you can determine that the mafia tried to kill jaron, and a vig tried to kill tanks.

Given that mafia don't try and kill their own, jaron is most likely not mafia.

Lander should have realized this.

I don't believe that I've participated in a lynch that turned villager, no. That is to say, I don't think I participated in *any* lynchings that went down. Why? Because when I feel like someone is a townie, I withhold my vote. Like I did with Jack.

OMGUS stands for "oh my god you suck". It's when person A votes for person B, and person B then responds with a vote for person A for no real reason. It's a mafia move, albeit a rookie one at this point, but you fit the bill. The logical thing isn't to just come out and vote for the person who's voted for you, especially when the train's already started. (like now). The logical thing is to question them as to their motives, etc. Or vote for someone you think is scum. Obviously everyone who voted for you can't incidentally be scum.

To your #3, I figured as much. This game is bad timing for college students especially.

To your #2: You are entitled to ask questions, but *if* you're a townie I think it's safe to say that you're expected to pull your weight. Especially since I know you're the type of person who could contribute a lot to our cause. I just feel like you're asking way too many questions. It's a real easy thing for scum to hide behind, for this exact reason. "Olol, what's wrong with asking questions? I'm entitled to ask about things." Makes them seem innocent if/when they're absolutely not.

Thyker, your defense of him is nonsense. It was me that tried to kill jaron, and I think it's worth noting that the mafia's actions might have been redirected. My role is that of the black mage from 8 bit theater. Anyone who tries to attack me or help me at night is on the receiving end of a paranoid gun owner type role. They get roleblocked and muted for their attempt. That's why I said earlier for any townies to not target me with stuff like that, and for the mafia to go ahead and try. Also, I have a vig-type ability, but it's next to worthless. I have an 80% chance of missing entirely, and a 10% chance of hitting someone at random who isn't my actual target. Those "hadoken" kills are me, there, pal. And if it weren't for me we'd have lost by now. (Or really close to it.) The kill on Penguin was legit, he was my target. The kill on Animal was random. I've been lucky, to say the very least.

Like I said, last night I tried to kill jaron. The fact that he's still alive doesn't make him any less likely to be scum.

Yes it is. And that's why there's a very simple reasoning behind what I said.
