So I'm back at vet school in my second week of second year and I thought I'd drop in to see what was new... (Study avoidance tactics?)

Honestly, it’s sad but when I saw the homepage I was so excited to see RV 2.0. That is, until I saw what happened with JaGeX etc. Its genuinely disgusting that they're happy to screw over such a loyal and well behaved fansite due to the actions of a previous owner in areas well beyond their jurisdiction. To think of all the (probably hundreds) of hours that I alone put in behind the scenes; and the countless thousands of hours spend by everyone else working on guides, databases and coding is pretty upsetting. I really feel for those faithful few who are still here despite JaGeX's intent to kill of any remaining membership.

I'm just a has been who I imagine very few of your remember now, so I don’t expect many of you to care - but this places feels f-ing weird. These changes have ruined it all for me, which is a shame. Maybe I just dont like change...

On another note, there's been a lot of name changes - who are all you guys?
And to the names I remember so fondly, let me know how/what you're doing these days.

Sadly although I have a steady schedule I also a bloody packed one! Playing rugby for uni and my college on top of what is supposedly the hardest year of my 6 year course... Its been a tough start to say the least. It does mean however that I don't really have time to get involved again. Which is a shame. I will be keeping track of how you guys are getting on with the whole JaGeX thing.

Ahhh, halloween name changes - I see. Its good to see some familiar names though, brings back some great memories.

Oh, and yeah I did join in 2007. Funny that.
