Thanks for the support guys!

Court went better then I thought. The charges are getting stepped down, and the court date is now pushed back to the 14th of July and they will be giving me their offers on that day. I can either take their offers or take it to trial and see if I can do better (or worse) for that matter.

Keep your fingers crossed! But I'm still here for another 20 days! =)

The cake idea is brilliant!

So second installment starts tomorrow 830am. Hopefully they will have some great offers for me but we shall see. If I do take the offers and have to do some time I will miss you guys for the duration im gone.

Anyhow I'll let you guys know what happens soon as i can :)

I'm going to actually request to be a weekender if I do end up having to serve time.

It works like this: you show up Friday evening, spend the weekend in jail, get released Sunday, and you can continue your normal life and job etc during the week. I'm sure if I requested it they would allow it, unless they want me to do some serious time, then im better off just serving it all in one go.

well.. even weekends can add up.. we recently had a judge here sentence a woman to every weekend for the next 10yrs... plus a week at christmas and thanksgiving!

anyway.. let's hope they just tell you to go and sin no more...

Guys!!! Sorry I could not get onto here sooner!!! It's actually been bugging me really bad that I could not reply and let you guys know.. anyhow..

So the ADA or DA or whatever was charging me with 4 different cases, and they wanted me to do 90 days, hahah i had the most amazing PD I have ever had, and he got me clear of everything!!!

Unfortunately I just got out of the hospital and now have 7 staples in my head haha but anyhow...

I'm still here and NOT GOING ANYWHERE ANYTIME SOON.

I'm actually about to stop drinking now and get my life together, but hell.. this is going to be the biggest step for me.. Unfortunately for me to say, the 90 days probably would have been a good thing for me but I'm taking this opportunity to try and straighten my disaster of a life out.

Thank you all for the worries and concerns! It truly does feel good knowing at least somebody else out there cares about you..
