On Leave until June 14/15

Metal Gear Solid 4 has been leaked.

I cannot take any chances of having *anything* leaked to me.

This means no RV, no Gamespot, nothing. I'm completely staying off of the internet until I buy and complete the game. (The game releases June 12) I'll probably still be on Xbox Live and PSN though, they don't count. :-s

I trust you all understand. I'll see you all again in a few weeks.

You know they could leak it on the television too, right? You're actually going to isolate yourself from the outside world for 3 weeks so that you don't see a couple of pictures? If a game is that good, it should still be just as fun when you know what happens. And:

I visit a lot of other forums, most of which have to do with gaming. It's much more safer for me to just stay away from the internet completely.

Outside world? What, the internet? And it's not a couple of pictures. It's the story. MGS is more than just a game, it's an experience. I want to experience MGS4 without any prior knowledge of it's story, it will make the game that much sweeter. If I go into the game knowing what happens... Then the game will be ruined. MGS has the best story I've ever had the pleasure to watch, read, play or listen to, and I am NOT having the final chapter of the series ruined.

If one person got the game, it's a safe bet to say that other people got the game as well. It also another safe bet to say that the game will be leaked to more people as June 12 approaches. People on message boards cannot be trusted when they have such juicy information. I'm Fuzzy Bunny
