Okay now I know the story so don't criticize for being ignorant so here it goes.
I realize that he (nomercybuddy a.k.a. quack mann) commited an unforgivable offence to runevillage which broke runescape rules and all that jazz. He made a mistake and he has sent in appeals to get back on runevillage. I have known him since he joined and he is always a respectable player being generous and helping others in need. He is a contributing member and possibly had the most popular (besides hiei) player killing and staking topic. Now if this is in wrong forum then move but please consider him.

Bring the quack back.

I doubt that they'll let him back in. It's one thing to have a minor problem, but from what I heard, he deserves to be banned. Sorry if he regrets what he did, but I don't think they'll be too forgiving.
