I honestly can't help but laugh when I think of the designed "game plan" for writing skill guides. Looks like it has worked a real treat.

Good choice, though. There is definitely a point where you have to realise that your real life is more important. When you're practically forcing yourself to be involved in things, that is a good a time as any.

Nice work Jack, we are obviously still incredibly over-staffed so you dont have to worry. You did a great job for many years. 100% of the people who left admin jobs here instantly are significantly happier, so Im glad you will be joining us.

Oh man I'm 9 days late! I had no idea this topic was here (though I didn't even get on the computer for 4 of the last 9 days, heh.)

I'm sure you can probably guess how I feel and what I'd intend to say before I could even say it. That's part of what made being on the moderating/administrative team with you so awesome. We got to the point (still are, really) where once one of us gave an opinion on something, the other rarely had anything further to add, since we fully agree on just about everything.

Jackstick, you are a highly valued member of RuneVillage, a great person, and an awesome friend. It's been an absolute thrill to get to know you and work with you in the RVET and behind the scenes, and though I know you know all this, I'll never get tired of saying it. Thanks for all you've done for us, and all you continue to do.

Good call on the Chat modship, too. Against all odds, that turned out to be one of my favorite positions as well, I think. If I ever returned as a moderator, that would be exactly what I'd go back to. (Though obviously we have all the Chat mods we need at the moment! (And only being on the internet 5 of the last 9 days makes me pretty inactive anyway, haha!))
