Sorry, I only stay up until 11 PM these days (9 PM for you) and even then get like less than 7 hours of sleep. :(

HAHAHAHA. DIAL-UP. WHO USES THAT? HAHAHAHA. CAN YOU IMAGINE? CAN YOU IMAGINE BEING STUCK ON DIAL-UP INTERNET FOR YEARS AND YEARS AND YEARDS?

I'm trying to limit my Homestuck shirts to once per week but they are just SO DARN COMFORTABLE so sometimes I wear one on Tuesday and then another on like Saturday. I did buy an X-Large Aradia one for use as a nightshirt, though, so it's gotten more use than all of the others combined. :P

:( mannn it sucks that you're leaving the staff side of the team... it's a huge loss for RV. It was really fun working with you there, despite all our heated discussions :P. RV Staff is probably where I got to know you better, although I never really got close enough to know you as much as I'd liked..

I can tell that you really care about RV and am a saddened that you gave up on the staff side.. most of the time I was just surprised at how much work you've put in here even during hard times in real life and it's really not rewarding if you don't get what you expect from the work you put in.

Well, you're not really leaving so it's all still cool :D I'm glad that this move will at least help you enjoy RV more and focus on more important things in RL! I'm glad that *insert topic title* :)

Ethem, you are an awesome dude and someone who I've always respected greatly. I've always seen you as a Glodenox Jr.

I love that I got to work with you on the staff side of things, and part of what kept me from calling it quits a while back was not wanting for you and the rest of the staff to have to take on a greater burden in my absence. It's the hardest part about stepping down, but it's something I feel I need to do.

And who knows, maybe I'll step back into the staff scene after taking some time to sit back and relax. I don't think I'll be making any returns to moderating, but I may still offer up a guide here or there.

Sad to hear you stepped down from so many roles you had on Rv, but only you know when its time to take a break.

You will be back, they all come back in the end!

Simply said, I've forgotten what it's like to enjoy this place because I've begun to resent it. I don't want to hate this place or the people that reside here. If my contributions come at the price of adding to a negative atmosphere, then there's more value in me stepping down from my responsibilities and just enjoying the community - Both for myself, and RuneVillage as a whole.

I applaud staff members for the work they have done and continue to do for this site. But at the end of the day, we all need to remember that this place is supposed to be, above all else, enjoyable. I think that's something that some of our major contributors have either forgotten, or choose to ignore out of their own responsibilities. But if we continue to build this place while silenty resenting it... Well, that's just a very sad thing for us.

It takes a lot to say what you've said. RV will be missing out. So it goes.
