"The Soft Goodbye" by Celtic Woman. Not really depressing, but it's so sad and beautiful.
"The Arms of Sorrow" by Killswitch Engage. Good song, but WOW.
"Everchanging" by Rise Against. Again, more sad than depressing.
"Right Now" and "Kenji" by Fort Minor.
Pretty much every other Evanescence song off of Fallen and Origin.
"Where Are You?" by Cara Dillon

It's not necessarily depressing but it's very very sad. Seriously it's really well sung and very emotionally powerful.

That's EXACTLY the song I was thinking of too Zilla, haha. I'd have to say that the really really old version of My Immortal from their first EP and Listen To The Rain from Origin are the saddest. They're just... amazing. Very heartfelt.
