Who else thought that the plot was lacking, and the only decent action happened around the hospital?

I wish I had my 8 dollars back; I would have waited to rent it.

When did this happen - or was i still in a state of hibernation?

I thought the first one Rocked Socks o_O

Yeah, it was released 2-3 weeks ago. I never saw previews for it until after the movie came out.

I liked the first one, too, but the first one had a semi-decent plot/exposition. This one starts with the end of the first one (the birth of the predalien), but doesn't have any cool plot. The action is in short bursts of 2 seconds of action, then 5 minutes or more of people talking. The end, though, is truly fantastic in terms of action.

Yeah the first one was better. The action was pretty decent though.

Hmm.

The problem with individuals reviewing films is - everyone is different.

What tickles the fancy for one person (St Trinians), might be the death too someone else.

You have to watch the movie yourself and make your own judgement!

Which is why I must rent this.

after my trip to Florida I was planning to see the movie with friends except they all went already and they all say it was crap compared to the first one.
