apple tv (syncs my Itunes to tv)
logitech harmony universal remote
ps3 for blu-ray

You?

A crappy old TV that's going out, and my 360. And that's it. :(

Jeez, we call them hometheatres now.

We have a couple HDTV's downstairs, but I stole the third floor bonus room for myself. A couple couches, a bunch of rubbish that I can't be bothered to fully unpack. A red bean bag chair that I sit in. A 25' HDTV with two sound boxes/speakers set up around the bean bag to sort of have a good surround sound. Xbox 360 and DirecTV hooked up to the TV.

Huge cabinet that holds:

Some +50" Plasma TV

Huge speakers on the left and right, a smaller speaker that goes in its own shelf in the middle of the cabinet, a subwoofer, and two speakers behind the couch. The result is awesome surround sound

OPPO DVD player that can compliments this stuff

Sanyo (?) sound system that hooks up everything.

My dad thinks that a PS3 would be a nice addition since it doubles as a video game console and a blu-ray player.

A one year old 47" 1080p Vizo hooked up to a Mac Mini running Plex. (Amazing piece of software.) All housed in a low-profile Ikea Lack.

It's a terrific set-up. The Mini's foot-print is like non-existent, it's dead-quiet and runs really well. Plex manages all my media into an amazing automated layout. I just open Plex and I have all my TV Shows, Movies and videos all in one place a simple click away.

No Blu-Ray player as I'm more for the digital-revolution. Haven't rented or bought physical media in years. I just download HD files .MKVs right to the TV as it doubles as a computer. Plex does just about everything, plays any format, CNN, TiVO, everything, love it.

You people's TVs are crazy big

I've got a 26" or so TV in my room, and I've got a 5.1 speaker set, but it's currently set to 2.1 and is hooked to my computer, so it doesn't really count

Also my PS2 is my DVD player

A really old 2002 APEX TV, a generic DVD player, and satellite receiver for my satellite dish, lol. Nothing impressive at all but can't expect much if you're independent from your parents.

We have about a 26" TV hooked up to an older DVD player and run through two gianormous 3 and a half feet tall speakers that I think were purchased in 1986.
