I like the show, but it's really just decent at best. It's one of those shows that you watch for the sake of watching TV.

If they cancel it, I will sue Fox for everything they own. Even their, clothes and undies. I really liked that show. It was pretty good once you had gotten used to it.

ABC scooping ‘King of the Hill’?

Letter network considers reviving cancelled Fox comedy
Last week, we reported that Fox is canceling its long-running animated comedy, King of the Hill, after 13 seasons.

But while the show ends its run on Fox once its episode stock runs out sometime in early 2009, another network is eyeing the propane-fueled comedy.

According to Variety, ABC could be interested in ordering up some Hank Hill and co. to pair with its new midseason animated show, The Goode Family.

Coincidentally (yeah, right), The Goode Family is from KOTH producers Mike Judge, John Altschuler and Dave Krinsky.

Not only can ABC afford to take a chance thanks to its fairly high ratings (only CBS is currently beating them), but rumour has it the network feels an established show would bring eyeballs to the new comedy.

Ironically, King of the Hill posted its highest ratings in over a year this past Sunday. Replacing it in 2009 will most likely be the Family Guy spinoff, The Cleveland Show.

If this move happens, Hill could air on two networks at once. What will more likely happen is ABC will buy leftover episodes from Fox.

I rarely watched it, but when I did it was quite fine. Was funny somedays and boring the others.
