I'd say 45 minutes all together. Finding the colors took a while. But then the rest was pretty simple. Fill in a main color for the object on the picture, choose two colors, one brighter and one darker. Draw the outlines of the shadows and glares, use the filler tool to fill in the rest of the color.

For the wall, I drew a few random blocks, the outline, and used different colors and speckled it for effect. Then copied and pasted it until I filled it all the way, which you can tell because some blocks look huge and some are tiny. Some don't even line up.
