1. Goten is being alot more mature than alot of the people putting out a complaint.

2. As he's said, Goten doesn't really care about being re-promoted. Read before you flame.

i havent lost any respect for Hiker because he made a Drastic decision.

Hiker is not an idiot, he knows what he is doing, I mean there are always complaints about mods being curropt and stuff, This should solve most of it. while keeping a steady village running.

RS has made some decisions that people didnt like, but they aint gonna change their mind either, The players just live with it, Stubbern ones, Yes they leave, but many more people will join, jagex WOULDNT stop all users playing they make far too much money.

Wow... I can't even begin to point out the sheer oxymoronic value these posts show.

First off, reggie, yes - It's his site. He's free to do with it as he wishes. That doesn't, in any way, shape, or form, hinder our rights to be upset with the disrespect he's showing us. He's free to run the site as he wishes, but we're free to be upset with him - and the administration - as people in their lack of respect for fellow human beings. How is it that, by expressing these basic moral-influenced opinions, can be considered immature? As I see it, those who can't see the true meaning behind the disgust we're feeling are the immature ones; Taking the high road, looking at things in black and white, and whatever other method of living in their personal reality they're doing simply to feel superior. If I were running a site, I'd want people who express their own ideals rather than follow blindly the word of the administration. This is how fair decisions are made - gathering different opinions and coming to the best fit compromise.

And patches.. Wow. First off, warnings have to be justified. While many of us are expressing our negative viewpoint to this situation, there have been no warning-worthy posts that I can see. Some people have gone overboard with bunnies, but the censor's done it job in that respect.

As jackstick said, we had an april fools joke, but this wasn't it.

In my opinion, everyone should just stop arguing now... Board mods have been announced (3 atleast) so it is obvious that some of the old ones are going to be promoted again, its bad looking threw this topic to see so many arguements and fights between people and de-moted staff/mods shouting about and swearing..

Goten - it ALWAYS happens.

Im not sure where you live, but in the Uk last year, Smoking was banned indoors, This also is a decision that effects EVERYBODY, Smokers were displeased about this, but it was for the better of public places.

I also feel that Hiker removing all current staff, and "updating" them is also for the better of the village.

If people are too narrow minded to even CONSIDER this, then i feel sorry for you.

Hiker will not let his village die, over something silly like this. Also before all of this happened, there was like 50:50 people with a special rank and normal users that were ACTIVE.

Too many cooks spoil the broth. is the expression that springs to mind.

While i agree that it will upset people, i do think that there are better things to come of this.
