Interesting. I remember watching the OVA, and understanding not a bit of it, but the action sequences were good.

It's at least worth watching and has some really good moments. As a whole it's hard to tell right now. Maybe it'll be like Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 where it was just watchable until the end and then the entire series was suddenly amazing.
