Over the last month I've watched:

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
Gurren Lagann
FLCL
Everything by Satoshi Kon
Everything by Miyazaki (and other Studio Ghibli people)
A few other Madhouse productions

And I've read:

Bleach
Naruto
One Piece
Slam Dunk
Scott Pilgrim (not really a mango but still awesome)

So what else is there? What else is good? I NEED SOMETHING NEW I AM BORED

____________________________________________________________________

New list compiled on February 15, 2011.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Neon Genesis Evangelion
Azumanga Daioh

Well, you could try watching Naruto, Bleach and One Piece, it's pretty different from reading, and although you know the story some scenes are more awesome than in the manga

Also since I'm not too sure what everything you named includes, you could try Death Note (anime), Full Metal Alchemist (manga and both animes), Fairy Tail (manga, anime's not very far yet), DRAGON BALL (Z)

But that's just what I like, I'm sure I'm missing out on a lot

One of us! One of us!

In this order:

Watch Death Note, Read Death Note, Watch Spice and Wolf

Then: Read Bakuman, watch Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu, K-ON!, Nyan-koi, Sota no Woto, Ookami Kakushi, Kampfer, and Lucky Star.

That should hold you for a little while.

AND ONE PIECE DAMMIT

Hehe, I'm a little bit slower than you, but I've watched 9 animes (13 seasons worth) in the past four months too. :P Fun times eh?

Oh right, forgot to mention Death Note. I read that like... two/threeish years ago. That's some casual stuff. :weird:

Also, everyone who's anyone has seen DBZ.

Honestly if you've already read the manga of Death Note you probably won't like the Anime.

I watched the show first and loved it but then I read the manga and now whenever I look at the show it's just bleh.

But Light's voice.. his laugh... it's just.. how can a manga beat that? (I haven't read it)

WITH JAGGY TEXT AND SPEED LINES.

It uses more characters and the ending is better.

I have an entire bulletin board for all the animes and mangas I've watched/read. It is my quest to watch and read all animes/mangas.

On an entirely related note, I haven't seen the sun in 2 years.

-Wolf :ura:

EDIT: Wolf Guy - Wolfen Crest (manga, no anime). It's decent. It's also 18+ for all you minors.

Alright, in what order should I watch the following animes:

Last Exile
Outlaw Star
Lucky Star
Clannad
Kino's Journey

I have those five available to me, but I can't figure out which to watch first.

Edit: Samurai Jack is also an option, but that's not really anime.

That order seems fine to me. Are you sure you're ready for Lucky Star, though? That series almost demands a decent understanding of Japan as well as the ability read subs quickly.

Agreed. You shoul watch Lucky Star after you watch all of those and some others such as Inital D, Gurren Lagann, etc. To get the full experience anyway. Also, Haruhi is a must watch before you watch Lucky Star.

Yeah you really should watch Haruhi before Lucky Star. It has so many cross overs you'd be lost otherwise.
