Hm.. Well I've finished the entire series, I feel.. It is well deserving
for my self-proclaimed greatest anime in existance. Might I offer a
little bit of background on the story, no? YES.
Oh, and another note: I will not premier the second season's
characters, only the first season. So if you are watching it, which I
dobut.. I refuse to spoil it. All right, now it's story preview time.
Some few unknown centuries ago, a master doll crafter: Rozen
created a few doll's in which he named the group "Rozen Maiden."
His wish was to have the doll's fight out to become, Alice.
"Alice" is the doll/or girl of all of them, the supreme, the great.
The most beautious, strong, and brave. But for one of the Maidens
to accquire the status of Alice, one must eliminate or retrive the
other's "Rosa Mystica" (Plural: Rosae Mysticae) But even if the
Maiden do not wish to harm the other, taking the Rosae Mysticae
of one will only leave it's re-animated body in motion for a minute
or so.
Now that is done explaining, here's a breif review of first+second
season's characters. But none of the ones exclusive to second
season.
Jun Sakurada:
He find's Shinku, and re-animates her.. Pretty much the start of the
series, he's as well like alot of nerd's couped up into his room all of
the first season, but.. Well during a school year, which he should be
at school..
Nori Sakurada:
Jun's older sister, play's a role in the story line, but is not a huge
character, more there for comedic and moralty of Jun-Kun's support.
As well feed's the "family" and the Doll's.
Shinku:
Well.. The first appearing Maiden. Appears to be quite mean/evil/selfish
but you'd be wrong, as she's sort of the one to start the "good" if you will
side of the Rozen Maiden "teams" that appear in The second season.
Tomoe':
Very minor character, former medium of Hina Ichigo, as well Jun-Kun's
good freind, she may not be a HUGE story alterer, but is a starter of it
and continuer of the second season.
Hina Ichigo:
A five-year-old acting Maiden, she's sweet, cute, annoying, and has
strawberry in her name. As well love's to eat.. Almost as much as
Suisei Seki, as well is picked on Suisei Seki ALOT.
Suigin Tou:
Basically the big bad "evil" character. Pretty freaking awesome of a
character if you ask me, she applies every factor of evilness, to an
extreme. ESPESCIALLY in season two.
Suisei Seki:
Cute, mean, evil, adoreable beyond beleif! She tend's to steal Hina
Ichigo's snacks, strawberries, ect. Also picks on her much.. But they
are all good freind's in the end.
Sousei Seki:
The twin-sister of Suisei Seki. More serious, has an awesome artificial
spirit (they all have these, and Suisei Seki's, and Sousei Seki's are
both transformable into awesome weapons.) Renpika! Or.. GIANT
SWORD-LIKE SCISCORS! ;O Awesomeness. Yay.
Well that's the preview, I hope I've gotten you anticipated to watch it.
Note, the story is sad, and quite.. Well magical. It's VERY actionfilled.
Though only 24 episodes long, counting Traumend the second series.
*clears my throaght* Desu.
