For the record, it's really up to the scanlator's interpretation if they want to include swear words or not. He may read different scanlations than us, Zac.

I refuse to believe a scanlator would leave out profanity for 378 chapters. ANYONE WOULD BREAK AT LEAST HALFWAY THROUGH!

I think this qualifies less as plothax and more as a plot device. But yes, random way for Ichigo to join the main battle much?
But here's what I don't get: If Byakuya is saying that there are none of the captains fow which Ichigo's help would be significant, then how would Ichigo be useful back in the real world?

So either Captain Mom is forgetting about Isshin, or Isshin was around back when Aizen was in the Gotei 13.

Either way, I WANT TO SEE SOME MORE GODDAMN ISSHIN.

Also the facial expressions this chapter were priceless. And Ichigo is a troll. :weird:

Wait, so what is Aizen's shikai? I thought it was the whole illusion thing, but that wouldn't make sense.

Basically, Aizen has a two-step Shikai from what I'm understanding. Essentially he can just bring everyone into an illusion right now other than Ichigo, Chat, Orihime, Ishida, and Tousen. Those people need to actually witness his first step.

Though that all means that Aizen could have just taken down soul society whenever he felt like it before...

This is as simple as I can make it: If you've ever at some point seen his sword while he uses Shikai then you can be caught in it without looking at the sword. If you never looked at the sword while he activated his shikai then nothing happens. Much like looking at the eyes of an Uchiha in Naruto. Where you have too look at them while they're in the sharingan form. Except Aizen's sword let's him do the illusion at any time as long as you've witnessed it happen once.

Has anyone noticed that Ichigo looks more innocent now that he's "lost" his hollow mask? Not only his facial expressions but the way he acts too.
