No.
Again, nothing that ever happens is actually real. Crush a guy to death and he appears behind you. Kill a guy, then realize you're stuck in genjutsu or it was just a clone.

Sasuke could be under a genjutsu from multiple sharingans on Danzou's arm

What's so hard to believe about blood clones? It's not like it's any more unbelievable than water clones.

But I bet he switched places with Madara.

Main enemy is dead now guys! Naruto ends next chapter with Danzo still dying and then a fight between Naruto and Sasuke, and we find out that Kabuto died from the Orochimaru's body not being compatible with his own.

Naruto marries Hinata and Sakura becomes Hokage because Kakashi doesn't want to do it.

I refuse to believe that this is any more unbelievable than to think a forest could still exist as often as everyone used to use the replacement technique.

No, they re-use logs for that one. Either that, or the logs are actually transformed shadow clones. You'd have a point if they needed a full tree, but you can probably get at least twenty logs from a good-sized tree. That, and I'm sure Konoha has (had) a stockpile of logs for use in replacement techniques.

Reminds me of the time when I was playing EVE Online and I asked where the bridge of my spaceship was (hard to tell with some of the bigger ones). This spawned a half-hour long debate over whether capsule ships actually have bridges and whether those bridges are visible from the outside as opposed to near the center of the ship for maximum protection.
