It looks like Danzo vs Madara is happening next chapter. Should be a good fight. Also, Danzo has a weird robot arm thing.

Sakura has been an important piece to the plot.

If she's going to die this would be when. She's been the main string between Naruto and Sasuke's rivalry from the beginning. Whether Sasuke lives or dies is going to be entirely dependant on Sakura's life. Sasuke hasn't done anything to make Naruto want to kill him yet. This would be the easiest way to give Naruto a motive.

So... Sasuke will kill Sakura. Naruto will meanwhile be losing to Madara but will escape.

Naruto will fight Sasuke for revenge and, on the verge of defeating him, will gain one/both of Sasuke's sharingan.

Naruto wins.

The eyes in his arm wasn't a complete surprised to be honest. Where do you think all the eyes went after Itachi murder every last Uchiha. It has been made obvious that other ninjas will steal family secrets for their own sake. Specially when it's a Kekkei Genkai. Can't believe you guys are so surprised about that.

It was who the members of Root are to me. It seems to me every family has their own black sheep from the looks of it. So Danzou has an inside man in every family secret. Effectively making him more knowledgeable than Orochimaru in jutsus.
