Zabuza was so cool that he didn't need an awesome sword. Plus, he had his assistant of doom. That, or he's dead because he didn't have an awesome sword. Take your pick.

Great. Is it just me, or do they like making characters invulnerable? Though I'd think the easiest way to fight Kisame would be some style that doesn't use chakra directly; weapon-based taijutsu, maybe?

Wow, I knew Samehada was awesome but I didn't think that Kisame would be able to do that with it. He looks awesome now.

The only thing is... aren't they both surrounded by water, with Killerbee being electric?

Killerbee has electric chakra. If he was a robot, you'd have a point, but Samehada absorbs chakra.
The problem with Guy and Lee is that both use unarmed combat styles, which means they have shorter reach than Kisame and are put much more at risk by attacking. Then again, Kisame's shark form looses Samehada's long reach, so they might have a chance. I'd think the best person for the job would be someone like Mifune from Soul Eater.

I'm well aware. I'm saying that's the type of fighter that would have an advantage against Kisame. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be one kicking around...

Have you seen him? He's got no idea how to properly use a sword. Holding eight and spinning doesn't count. Plus, his strike range is much shorter than Samehada's, especially when he holds the swords the way he does.
Choji uses chakra pills. Bad idea.
