More importantly, is Luffy now sporting a tattoo on his arm similar to Ace's?

Couldn't read it very well, but it seemed to have one crossed out letter as well, and it ended in a Y, wasn't long enough to spell Luffy though

What, so we're entering a 2 year training arc for all crew members now?

It was to be expected I guess, most of them did get sent to a place that benefits them, Zoro goes to the island where Mihawk lives, Nami goes to some weather island that complements her weather style attacks, Franky runs into a laboratory full of advanced equipment (maybe he'll even run into Vegapunk, who seems to be a genuinely nice guy), Robin runs into revolutionary people (not sure what good it'll do, but there's probably some plan there)

Brooks, Chopper and Usopp didn't run into very helpful people, not sure what to think of all that

Brooke will be able to improve his musical skills somehow, Chopper gets to expand his medical knowledge and will probably try to gain control of his Monster Point (becoming an Awakened Zoan user), and Usopp will strengthen himself physically and start using seeds instead of stars as ammunition.

How will Usopp replenish his seeds after firing them though? I guess he can grow new ones from planting some
