Pencil tapped chin as Jackstick looked over the clues. "Okay, one across is obvious, but one down... I can't say I've ever really asked."

"You kidding?" Riptide couldn't help but bark a laugh. "That one's easy, but I haven't played Monopoly in freakin' ages. What space starts with a--"

"Sh!" Kikori knocked a finger to Riptide's head. "If they wanna know, they can join the fun." Kikori's eyes fell back on the clues before looking up again. "... I haven't played Runescape in so long, I forgot three down."

"HAH!"

Crossword Information
As straightforward as it gets, especially to anyone who's played on their newspapers. Number meets direction with a clue below, filling in the right words will allow all horizontal (to the right) and vertical (downward) words to be complete.

The boxes are sized to accept letters up to 16p, though 14p is suggested to fit alongside the numbered boxes' digits. Clues are a mix between Villager-themed puzzles, inside jokes between Villagers, game references, and some proper crossword-esque clues.

Collaboration is allowed, and the first completed puzzle will be the winner. No prizes will be given for this, but figuring out a few of the clues by participation is a prize in itself.

1.) This Monopoly space reportedly wins games. (Beijing), one of the Yellow squares on the World Edition of Monopoly. Pogo game fans know this one.
4.) Lady Yuna's electric helper. Third in line in the story. (Ixion), the unicorn with a curved horn. Valefor -> Ifrit -> Ixion -> Shiva -> Bahamut.
6.) You had to play a lot of this minigame if you wanted those lovely Void stats. (Pest Control), with Void equipment offering very nice benefits.
7.) ... I forgot the clue. (Amnesia), very fun to re-read once you get it.
10.) Defence of the Ancient's version of Noxus. (Dire), conveniently offered up later on.
12.) Poor Dave's timeline had this happen to him a lot, particularly due to Terezi! (Bifurcate), which is made quite apparent as happening a lot with Dave whenever his timelines are viewed. Yay, Homestuck.
13.) Ash probably likes Madness. (Muse), with "Ash"(leigh) having the username and Madness being one of their most successful new songs.
16.) League of Legend's version of Dire. (Noxus), hinted at earlier.
18.) So it's brittle in real life but hard in Minecraft? (Obsidian), a unique material regardless.
21.) Shallow ___ wants a gal. (Hal), the line used in the movie Shallow Hal.
23.) Isn't Frogger one of these? (Umpire), he had a topic devoted to it.
25.) Oh, I get it, his name is an anagram of his title! (Neo), courtesy of The Matrix.
26.) You can't tell me you've never looked up your home here. (Google Earth), and you still can't say you haven't ever done it. We had a topic on this.
28.) When's the last time you've been Rick ______? (Rolled), this one should have been as obvious as possible.
31.) Hah, Thok's afraid of a measly one of these. (Ferret), specifically the one of doom with a level 9001. Thok it to 'em.
32.) His name... starts with a "g". (Rasputin), courtesy of Psychonauts. One of the funniest video game quotes ever to me.
34.) Losing teams are usually full of a bunch of these. (Crybabies), there were just hopefully enough letters to have a chance at this one.
35.) School time! What was the last operation in the order? (Subtraction). Order of Operations - Parenthesis, Exponents, Multiplication, Division, Addition, Subtraction.
36.) Twilight? More like _____, with how gloomy you feel for reading it. (Gloam), a synonym of Twilight and sound-alike of Gloom.
37.) Not many Villagers will hold this Runescape cape, for sure! (Completionist), easy for anyone paying attention to anything Runescape.

Down
1.) Are you lucky enough to know our RVET leader's real name? (Branden), and one of the easiest to get answered of the puzzle.
3.) Probably the weakest Runescape boss ever. Certainly one of them. (Giant Mole), incredibly wimpy after all. I think the second lowest combat level boss.
5.) I don't hate Jews, I just like good English! (Nazi), referencing both the original roots and Grammar Nazis.
6.) Why's the Triforce always split into so many? (Pieces), since nearly any Zelda game featuring it will have it split up.
8.) Common thread: Holidays, space travel, and Parasites. (Eve), referring to Eves of holidays, Eve Online, and Parasite Eve.
9.) Multiple colorful ribbon-like lights. (Aurorae), one I had fun with filling the slots for once the other letters were in place.
11.) X. (Rex), referring to Ex Rex.
12.) To. (Be), referring to the famous quote from the play alongside 15 and 19 down.
14.) I choose you! (Squirtle), which is easier to guess if the other blanks are filled in.
15.) What do 12 Down and 19 Down remind you of? (Hamlet), the play referenced by 12 and 19 down.
17.) He could sure tell you the population of his home town in a heartbeat. (Shore), the mathematician featured in Poor Shark.
19.) Not to. (Be), courtesy of 12 and 15 down.
20.) Is he the final final boss, or yet another red herring? We're on Act 6 for crying out loud! (Lord English), as any Homestuck fan might guess due to the insane amount of fake final bosses and red herrings.
22.) The second article... in most textbooks, anyway. (An), with "article" referring to the words "A", "An", and "The".
24.) Common thread: Faces, springs, and paradise. (Palm). Facepalm knowing Palm Springs probably has Palm Trees.
27.) Test your mythology: A lesser known goddess of keeping homes comfortable. (Hestia), goddess of the Hearth. Greek.
30.) Pray he does not Judge you. His law, though apparently hard to pronounce, is strict. (Dredd), as played by Sylvester Stallone. He can not say "Law" properly.
31.) Do you believe you can, or just dream you can? (Fly), a common thread of dreams and featured in a popular song.
33.) His town is 17 down's first good example of what I'm talking about. (Prince), the ruler of the town Shore resides in. Poor Shark reference.
