Introducing the first annual RuneVillage Boxing Tournament! Do you have what it takes to defeat all other Villagers in your weight class and become the champion?

Location- RuneVillage Clan Citadel Battlefield

Date- I'd like to start this as soon as possible. Consider this the sign-up topic, and I'll let it run for a week.

Prize Money-There will be a 500k prize awarded to the Champion of each weight class. Plus bragging rights.

Cost of Entry- Free! Although donations towards prize money is always welcome, but not necessary. ;)

Rules-

Each fight will consist of as many 1 minute rounds as it takes to defeat your opponent.

No potting or praying.

No Armour or Weapons.

One piece of food only after each round. Type depends on Weight Class.

Weight Classes:


Heavyweight- 130-138
Light Heavyweight- 120-129
Super Middleweight- 110-119
Middleweight- 100-109
Super Welterweight- 90-99
Welterweight- 80-89
Super Lightweight- 70-79
Lightweight- 60-69
Featherweight- 3-59

Notes-

Minimum of 4 people required for a weight class to become active.

If I have enough people in the Featherweight class, I may split it up more evenly so it's not a level 59 vs a lvl 3.


Food:

Heavyweight- 1 Rocktail per round
Light Heavyweight- 1 Rocktail per round
Super Middleweight- 1 Shark per round
Middleweight- 1 Shark per round
Super Welterweight- 1 Monkfish per round
Welterweight- 1 Monkfish per round
Super Lightweight- 1 Swordfish per round
Lightweight- 1 Swordfish per round
Featherweight- 1 Lobster per round


Other Info-Once this tournament starts, it will be a bracket type tournament. I will post a bracket with all fighters and weight-classes on the first post of this topic. The fights will be organized in this thread between fighters to find a time and date that works for everyone. (Due to possible timezone conflicts.)

Note- If I get enough people interested in F2P, I may host a F2P tournament as well, but no promises.

To Enter, just make a post with your Timezone, your Runescape Name, and your Weight Class!
