drops:none(he is a boss class character,you can kill him multiple times,but he will just drop a lamp that gives you 2k exp after the first kill)

Other Info: When combined, Firelighter and Kerosene can be used with the monster to create a disturbing, yet funny, effect.
Examine: 'Just lift Elmo's arm straight in the air. Then find his belly and tickle him there!'
Appearance: Bright red in color. Shakes and laughs hysterically.
Reasons: Laughter is contagious. People at Jagex HQ couldn't stop laughing for a week.

Appearance: Board shorts are the only article of clothing. Weilds a single waterski. Tanned skin provides protect from women, but sometimes it "fails"
