FTB doesn't even recognize the map when I try to play it single-player.

That's odd, it's also annoying because I won't know if anything I change does anything. Killa, have a look too and see if it works for you on SSP.

Okay, I just had a thought. Couldn't we just edit the map in SSP mode and then reupload it for the server? It'll be easier than me trying to muddle my way through getting mcedit to not change blocks on me.

Right, I'm going to try the following:

Deleting the water, monster exp and fuel tank valves and then upload the resulting save. Is there anything else I should look at while I'm there? Ender tanks/chests for instance? Trying to think back to the last thing you did before the game broke, Killa?

EDIT: have done the above: http://www.filefactory.com/file/31jnqml ... otopia_rar

Well Fuzzy Bunny.
After upping the server to "Stone", the price changed from $7.99 per month to $9.99 per month... but my PayPal was still set up to pay $7.99, so I'd ended up paying $2 short. Finally got some free time today and saw the map Aragorn posted, but can't get into the file manager because they disabled the account temporarily, even after the payment's done.
Hopefully it's ready after work. :\

$10 a month now, was the previous price an offer then?

No worries, just give it a go when you can.

Back then, a Stone server was $15 a month. The "Grass" server, which we were running, was $8.
I don't know exactly when, but they removed Grass and made Stone the lowest, but kept the Grass server for anyone still running it (like me). Upgrading wasn't a terrible pain, but having forgotten to adjust my Paypal's recurring payments... yeah.

Still disabled. :\

So the xycraft tanks aren't to blame...

Unfortunately, even after work, the temptation of restarting remains. I'm going to be starting from scratch again--working out what one single block in the world seems to be doing us in is getting nowhere.

It's still up to the players how, though. Vanilla survival, Tekkit survival, or FtB survival?

I still like FTB the most, hopefully the problem won't reoccur.

Vanilla is really the only thing my computer can handle, but I think it can run Tekkit somewhat.

I vote for Vanilla though.

If you know what you're looking for delete what you can in SSP and upload it, I'm not really sure what to look for in the xycraft mod.

I know of a server that myself + my best friend are friends with the admin. It's a ridiculously over specced server. If interested I can put the IP here. It could solve a lot of potential hassle.

That could be useful, is it FTB?
