I bought a PS4 a few days ago,but can't connect to PSN to retrieve my PS3 account. I get the error in the title. I didn't have internet problems on any other device, and i'm sure i downloaded the most recent update when i first set up the console. Anyone know what to do?

Believe me, I did this one time where I couldn't figure out why it wasn't connecting. Turns out I didn't plug it in!

It does. My buddy connects to my wifi with his ps4.

Problem was solved. I re-entered wi-fi info and downloaded another update.
