So I just bought Destiny for my Xbox 360 (Seeing as they let you upgrade to xbox one for free until January). I played the beta, and must say I'm exited to play the full thing. I just made this topic to see who all got/and or is getting it. Also just a hint on something I found out in the beta, if you collect the 5 golden chests hidden on earth you get a pretty fast speeder. At-least it was the fastest in the beta.

I've played Destiny all the way through now. Does anyone else find it too repetitive. Constantly having to defend the little bot while he opens doors. And the story doesn't make sense at all. PvP is ok though.

I'd probably be playing it if there was a PC version.

I have a PS4 and even given the lack of games at this point in its short lifespan, I was not compelled to pick up Destiny. But I am not at all a fan of first person shooters.

I have heard from friends that it was overhyped and not worth the $60. Some say it is awesome, but most agree on the aforementioned points.

I never bought into the hype personally, so I had nothing to be disappointed with. Anyway I'm starting to get board of it little by little. I recommend waiting untill the first dlc to buy it. Also you need to find people to play with since most things are based on a three man team.
