I got this game over Christmas holidays and really, really recommend it for fans of the series. I really don't want to spoil too many interesting surprises, but I will say:

The story is epic as always.

The gameplay is epic and includes several large and small surprises. I won't spoil that. I will mention that the Assassin's Den Defense minigame is very fun.

Hookblades and bombs are pretty sweet.

The soundtrack is ear candy as always. Though, they left out some fantastic songs in the official soundtrack such as the one below:

I played it at my buddies house on NYE. It was pretty sweet. You should write a review of it. I know...I know...who wants to do that? The Scribery needs it!

I do plan to get this sometime in the future, just not exactly sure when, since i'm not interested in its multiplayer.

I just like watching Assassin's Creed games. They're fascinating. I watched my friend beat 2 and 3 over the summer and it was so cool to see.

I'd have to agree with you Snake, I literally just beat the game a few days ago and it lived up to my expectations. The minigames were a very nice touch and the addition of hand grenades/bombs make killing the bad guys even more entertaining lol.

And needless to say, the ending was amazing! :P
