Was just looking around and somewhat saw a ' Guide Badge ' I was just curious on how you even get this?^^

If you're referring to the badges some people put in their signatures, Guide Writers are/were a part of the Village Staff that had written guides for Runescape quests, city information, skills, and so on.
However, after losing Jagex's support in a very controversial clash, the Guide section of Runevillage has been more or less left behind. So the badge probably won't find any new names these days.

even though i had only joined the team a short time before, and had contributed in only 2 guides; it still sucked.
