Not surprised, he was battling cancer for some time. Seems he picked key moments to collaborate for an autobiography and to step down as CEO or whatever. But Apple won't be the same.

I can't say I'm a fan of Apple, but Steve Jobs seemed to be a pretty stand up guy.

Reading all these articles about him, all his quotes and insights really makes you realize how cool this guy must have been to know. Even if you don't like the guy, it's undeniable how influential he was.

:( It's sad this came like 1 day after the announcement of the iPhone 4S, which wasn't received that positively... he's been a real inspiration to many, including me. Rest in peace, Steve Jobs.
