Let's say its lightly drizzling outside. Do you hop in a 4x4 and terrorize the countryside? Would you prefer to go for a stroll and watch the puddles grow? Light your fireplace and stay inside?

What if it was one of the biggest thunderstorms you had ever witnessed?


Whenever there is a huge thunderstorm rolling in, I always sit outside and watch it approach. Watch the sky darken. Listen to the thunder grow.

Same. I'll also sit outside under an overhang and watch the rain, or sleep. Sleeping when it's raining and the window is open gives me the best night's rest ever.

Jackie Chan has a good idea for when it's raining pretty hard. Climb into your car and just listen to it hitting the vehicle around you. Watch it run down the window.
He had a pretty darn good idea. It's a soothing sound with a nice potential waterfall look.

I normally like to stay in and play video games on a rainy day. If the power goes out, I like to read by candle light or just spend time chatting with whoever I get stuck with.

There was a power outage at my work a couple weeks back... Spent about half the shift chatting with all my work buddies.. It was awesome, best shift in a long time
