Single leg pushups 25 reps
75 reps of flutter kicks
25 reps of V-Ups
25 reps of mountain climbers

then
as many push ups u can do in 2 minutes
as many sit ups u can do in 2 minutes
run 2 miles within 15 minutes or less

we did this in basic training and AIT im tellin u it works

Might I stress this was based on military basic training. you may want to work up to this level of fitness before trying, as these are the basic requirements for a fit soldier.

Just seems like abs and cardio. :P Though, I have no idea what 'mountain climbers' are, haha.

I do a three day split with different muscle groups in each at the gym. Take a day off or light cardio on the fourth day, and then repeat.

Put your hands on the ground in front of you, arch your back slightly, and move your legs up to your chest like you are climbing a steep mountain. That's how we did them, not sure if the military is any different.

Suuuuuuucks when you do them in full football gear. Cleats get heavy.
