More specifically, bleach + ammonia = mustard gas, or some other toxic fumes. The pennies and salt aren't that important, it just makes it sound more... metallic. Focusing on blowing the bubbles probably promotes inhalation, so this plan is plenty dangerous... despite that someone has to be kinda ignorant to avoid noticing fumes or the smell when breathing in.
Fun fact. If your dog pees on something, there's enough ammonia in the liquid that putting Bleach on what he peed on will have the same kind of reaction. So choose a different cleaning method. :p
