Discrimin8, two years ago I let out all the bottled up emotions I felt for my parents for years. It was something that had been building up in me for a long time. It really stressed our relationship, and we've been dealing with it one day at a time. I lost the motivation to live, make friends, go to work, and do most ordinary things. I still struggle with my decision, but I'm glad I did it, even though my parents divorced last year. Love is strong - once you love someone you never really stop. I'd say that is the reason I'm still here... just taking it one day at time.

Always be doing something. Go to your councilor... if you don't have one try to get one. Every day do something to help get out of the situation your in. One day fill out a job application, another day work on going to a community/technical college or try to get your GED/associates. Never let the past bring you down. Your a different person today than you were then. A better person. Be proud of yourself.

Ok hey i need help my best friend just died of and over dose im on vickodin and stopping using marijuna but i need to get my life together i used to be in shape now im kinda fat and dont have confidence to talk to girls like i used to im getting my ged atm but i have 5 felonies so i can never get a good good job anyone know where to start i have stopped marijuna and trying to stop vickodin i need help yall

First thing first is you need to get a routine going. Look around at your local stores and shops, holliday season is coming that means they are hiring for the increase in traffic.

Second once you get a job you can start the routine. Start with your diet, start eating healthier and try and eat at the same time every day.

Third in your spare time start excercising.

Fourth, after all that you should be doing better for yourself which means your confidence should increase.

Also its vicodin.

i know what i need do kinda but i got no car and cant ride buses to interviews well i could man its just weird being a differnt person then when i was just 2 years younger

I agree with Loner's advice. You should get a good routine going on, and it is important to find a job. Start asking around stores, asking friends if they know of any job openings, search around, etc.

As for riding buses, it's really not that hard to do. Just look up the bus schedules online to find out the times they come/go and try to build up that courage to take one. I know I had a little trouble taking the buses at first, and I still somewhat dislike it, but it is a helpful way of transportation. They really help getting you around places. Taxis also are a good mode of transport.

Or you can man up and ride the bus, and hopefully get a job.

Reality sucks but you do what you have to do.

Ok so hears my story.
Theirs this girl that i really like and we go to Co-op together. (kinda like a school but its a half day thing and more relaxed)

I guess were friends but we just chat a little and then their would be along silence and things would get ackwared.

My friend knows i like her and I want to ask him if he could see what she thought of me but he usaly just teases me about it.

I dont want to ruin a "friendship" but at the same time I really want to tell her.

I'll tell you the same thing I tell myself when I run into a girl that I might want to date...

Just recently I asked out a cute girl I met at a party and she said she was flattered, even thanked me for telling her she was cute. She said we could be friends, but said she wasn't looking for a relationship. Whether that's true or not, it's just the way it happens sometimes.

If she's a nice girl, you've got nothing to lose by telling her you like her or asking her out. Worst case scenario, she lets you down easy and you can still be friends. Best case scenario, she says yes to a date or admits that she likes you too.

If she turns out to be a jerk and makes fun of you or refuses to still be your friend, then you probably shouldn't consider dating her.

You're welcome, guys! Glad my advice could be of some help. It's a tidbit that I live by.

Anyway warrior, that's the messed up part. You don't want to become like BEST FRIENDS with her then have her pull the "I don't want it to ruin our friendship" but it's also sometimes weird to ask out a complete stranger. Do what feels right for you. For me, it's a few group-like dates or activities, or maybe some chatting online (or in person), or a few really chill hang-out sessions before I consider going for anything more.

But yeah, just think of it as a win-win situation. You've got nothing to lose, like I said.
